An optional heater control box controls the die temperature of metal-die compression stations. Temperature control is not available with plastic-die compression stations..

The RJ’s controls are easy to understand and use. There are no electronics (except with the heating option). A toggle valve opens or closes the compression station. The closing is limited by either an adjustable stop screw or by a force balance against your product sample, adjustable via the pressure regulator / gauge.

    The Blockwise type RC radial compression stations are simple, low-cost crimpers with no electronics, suitable for a wide variety of applications in medical device manufacturing, R&D labs, and catheter labs.
    The Model RCJ is an air actuated RC mounted on the RJ base. This includes open/close toggle valve, pressure regulator, and gauge. Simple closed-stop adjusting screw.
