Touchscreen HMI

A touchscreen HMI (human-machine interface) allows the user to enter settings in “recipes” that specify parameters of the swaging process. Pressure calibration and gauge checks are easy. Calibration and recipe editing modes may be password protected.

Optional Tray Loader

The tray loader automates the process of loading the products into the product feeder by using pre-loaded trays. Trays can be filled with products and loaded into the swager without stopping the swager. The tray loader is an attachment that will connect to either the SGA or SGB. This option greatly increases the productivity of the swager.


Only one calibration is necessary: the roller clamping pressure. Calibration is quick and easy, with a software screen to guide the process. A user-supplied pressure reference instrument is necessary.

The swaging dies, belts, and swaging head are subject to wear. The user manual recommends inspection procedures and replacement intervals. The machine is designed for easy and fool-proof maintenance by the user.

Model SGA with Single Product Loader

The standard force model is perfect for platinum, gold, and other soft, ductile metal markerbands. Choose this model unless your product needs higher force to swage.

Model SGB with Single Product Loader

The high force model is used for bands that require more force than the standard model. Stainless bands and other similar metals usually require model SGB.

Model SGA with Tray Loader
